FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: abrasive-waterjet machining is performed by silicon carbide with size of particles of 1.5 mm; plasma sputtering of an intermediate layer consisting of Co-Cr-Al-Y and further sputtering of cermet composition of powder mixture containing components is performed at the following component ratio, wt %: nichrome 10-20, zirconium dioxide stabilised by yttrium oxide, 30-20, nickel-aluminium 30-40, nickel-titanium 20-10, chrome carbide 5, and tungsten carbide 5.
EFFECT: improving resistance of a coating to wear at friction, hardness of the coating, heat resistance and adhesion of the coating to the base alloy.
