SUBSTANCE: sealed accumulator (1) in soft shell is placed in an air-tight container (11). The air-tight container (11) is decompressed and an image of the sealed accumulator (1) shape in the air-tight container (11) is captured before and after decompression by a CCD camera, etc. Air-tightness of the sealed accumulator (1) is determined on the basis of changes in the captured images, for example, changes in the surface shape, which look like lamination difference of pixels.
EFFECT: improving accuracy of air-tightness test for sealed accumulators with soft shell due to exclusion of influence of invisible minor folds at its surface.
