SUBSTANCE: dishwashing machine (1) contains a control device (2) for the process (SG) of washing of the objects to be cleaned, a washing chamber (7) for the objects to be cleaned in the process of washing (SG), a supply valve (18) switched by the control device (2) for supply of washing liquid (S) into the washing chamber (7) and a circulation pump (22) regulated by the control device (2) and intended for pumping washing liquid (S) contained inside the washing chamber (7). The washing process (SG) includes at least one sequence (F, F₁, F₂, F₃) of the washing chamber filling with the washing liquid where the supply valve (18) is opened during the initial filling stage (PF) the duration whereof depends of the preset time value (DT) corresponding to the preset quantity (FMS) of washing liquid (S) to be supplied into the washing chamber (7). The quantity is sufficient for operation of the circulation pump (22) rotating at rated frequency (NN) in the circulation mode while the device (25) for control of such circulation mode at the end of the initial filling phase (PF) performs check (RP) of the circulation mode to determine whether the circulation pump (22) rotating at rated frequency (NN) is in the circulation mode. If the circulation pump (22) is in the circulation mode, the filling sequence (F₁) is completed; if the circulation pump (22) is not in the circulation mode, the filling sequence (F₂, F₃) continues.
