SUBSTANCE: method to produce a synthesis gas by steam reforming of hydrocarbon raw materials in a reactor and for combined power production, where supply of heat required for reaction of steam reforming is carried out through hydrogen burning dissolved with a part of effluent combustion gases, the specified burning is carried out inside a heat-exchanger-reactor, air required for the specified burning is compressed to the pressure in the range from 0.4 to 4 MPa abs. by means of a compressor, and an effluent gas formed in process of the specified burning, represents a part in the form of a flow returned to the heat-exchanger-reactor inlet to dissolve hydrogen and limit oxygen content in the heat-exchanger reactor to the value of less than 10% mol. The other part of the effluent combustion gas is supplied to a chamber of afterburning, a flow generated in process of hydrogen burning in the afterburning chamber expands in a turbine, which generates partially the energy required for compressor drive, and which rotates the AC generator.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to trap CO2 by washing of smoke gases, to use fuel, which, when burnt, does not generate CO2.
