SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for drying of veneer and may be used in forest and woodworking industry. A microwave chamber of continuous action for veneer comprises a drying chamber of a through type, made of a cylindrical body with microwave devices on it arranged at four sides with wave guides, installed on rubberised rollers installed on a fixed frame, according to the invention, the body with the wave guides and microwave devices rotates on the rubberised rollers from a drive via vee-belt drives, and dried veneer is continuously moved via the body of the chamber with the help of a roller conveyor.
EFFECT: application of this device will provide for higher efficiency, quality of veneer drying and reduced duration of drying.
