SUBSTANCE: tire consists of metal reinforcements ply. Said tire comprises flange reinforcements, tread being located in radial direction above said flange. Said tread is connected with two beads via two side strips. Carcass reinforcements ply is composed by hybrid cords of two plies. Note here that said hybrid plies comprises core its strand being composed by textile multifilament fibres. Strands of mid and/or outer plies are made of metal while one inner ply is covered by shell of polymer composite such as cross-linked rubber composition, preferably, based on diene elastomer.
EFFECT: higher fatigue and wear resistance.
