FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises mixing of lignocellulose stock with ionic fluid, substituted imidazoline salt, holding in vacuum at 80-100°C and mixing, adding of ethanol to said mix and mixing. Resulted bulk is subjected to filtration to produce first filtrate and first precipitate including cellulose and hemicellulose. Ethanol is distilled from first filtrate with subsequent circulation of fluid formed after alcohol distillation and mixing with new portion of stock. First precipitate comprises cellulose and hemicellulose and is placed to buffer solution. Mix of cellulolytic ferments and culture of yeast is added to obtained bulk. Obtained product is held at 30-40°C and filtered pout to get second filtrate and second precipitate. Aqueous solution of sulphuric acid of concentration of 10-15 wt % and sodium chloride are added to second precipitate in amount of 200-300 g/l of sulphuric acid solution and subjected to extraction distillation to release the mix of furfural and hydroxyl methyl furfural. Ethanol is distilled from second precipitate.

EFFECT: accelerated process, decreased amount of wastes.
