FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the hydrolysis industry and can be used in the production of sugars from a cellulose raw material. In accordance with the invention carried out are: milling of the cellulose-containing raw material to chips with a size of 80-100 mcm, hydrolysis of the chips with the application of a nitric acid solution, the concentration of which constitutes 5 wt %, with heating to 100-120°C under specified pressure and for the specified time, separation of the hydrolysate into liquid and solid components with a possibility of their re-application. The obtained hydrolysed chips are washed with water, the hydrolysate is divided into filtrate and washing waters, which are returned again in the process of hydrolysis until the specified concentration of sugars of 7-8 wt % is reached. After hydrolysis fermentative hydrolysis is carried out with heating with the application of a solid material of hydrolysis in the form of a neutralised suspension of the hydrolysed chips, into which complex cellulolytic enzymes are added. In the process of the fermentative hydrolysis its filtrate is repeatedly returned to increase the concentration of sugars additionally, the obtained solutions of sugars after the achievement of the specified concentration resulting from the hydrolysis and fermentative hydrolysis are combined in the form of a finished product.

EFFECT: invention provides the reduction of an amount of by-products in the hydrolysis of the cellulose-containing raw material and an increased output of sugars.
