FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: composition contains the following in wt %: a branched saturated polyester polyol - 10-40, a catalyst - 0.01-3, pigments - 1-20, a dispersant - 0,1-5, an aliphatic polyisocyanate - 15-40, a polyether acrylic polyol - 5-30, a flow additive - 0.005-2, organic solvents - the balance. The branched saturated polyester polyol is obtained by polyesterification of polyatomic alcohols with cycloaliphatic anhydrides and phthalic anhydride after melting the polyatomic alcohols and esterifying the obtained melt to acid number of 3-15 mg KOH/g. Isophthalic acid is added at the esterification step and adipic acid is added after the esterification step.
EFFECT: longer working life of the composition, improved tensile strength and hardness of the coating and thermal cycling resistance of the coating.
