FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental obstetrics and nephrology, and can be used in simulating gestational pyelonephritis. The experiment implies using a 5-months-old pregnant Wistar rat. From the 3rd to 11th day of pregnancy, the rat is fed at 8 o'clock in the morning with a mixture containing prednisolone synthetic glucocorticoid powder 0.55 mg and semolina 10 g.
EFFECT: method provides simplifying the simulation, avoiding a septic shock, an infection and injuries in the animals.
