FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: simulating a multiple organ pathology in rats is ensured by the 180-day daily introductions of dry milk 33 g, lard 42.5 g and pure cholesterol powder 4.3 g with a forage at 1000 g of animal's body weight.
EFFECT: method enables creating a simple, reproducible model of the multiple organ pathology most closely reflecting the structure functional reconstruction of liver, kidneys, heart, characterised by formation of the systemic fibrosis, necrosis of target organ tissues accompanied by obesity, dislipidemia, hyperglycaemia.
