FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves injecting Klebsiella lipopolysaccharide into renal tissue of an experimental animal (white rat) at a dose of 1.75 mcg (1.0 ml). Lipopolysaccharide at a resolving dose of 17.5 mcg (1.0 ml) and Escherichia coli strain suspension taken from a pyelonephritis patient are intravenously injected 24 h later. EFFECT: stable reproducibility of modeling results; low costs. 3 dwg
