FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, namely to composition of gypsum binders, and may be used to produce construction products, and also in monolithic house building. A binder comprises construction gypsum (β-CaSO4·0.5 H2O), iron-containing wastes of gas cleaning of domain furnaces (flue dust with specific surface of 1900-1920 cm2/g), caustic magnesite, magnesium chloride salt (MgCl2), introduced with a solution of bischofite (with density of 1.1 g/cm3) to normal thickness, and a silica-alumina additive (haydite dust) at the following ratio of all components, wt %: construction gypsum (β-CaSO4·0.5 H2O) 78.4-89.3, flue dust 1.9-1.91, caustic magnesite 0.95-1.0, haydite dust 2.85-14.35, magnesium chloride (MgCl2) 4.34-5.0.
EFFECT: increased strength in compression after two hours and simplified technology of preparation without reduction in water resistance, specifically, softening coefficient.
