FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment. A bridge measuring device of parameters of bipoles includes an in-series connected pulse generator with variation of voltage in a pulse as per a law of power functions, a four-arm bridge circuit and a zero indicator. The generator consists of pulse shapers with voltage variation during their duration as per law k1t, k2t2, k3t3 and k4t4, a switching device, a power amplifier and a synchronisation unit. A bridge circuit consists of two branches. The first branch is formed with in-series connected first capacitor, the first resistor and an inductance coil, parallel to which both the second resistor and the second capacitor are connected. The second bridge branch is formed with in-series connected capacitor and two terminals for connection of bipoles of a measurement object. A common output of the first capacitor and the first resistor forms the first output of the bridge circuit output. The common output of the capacitor of the second branch and the first terminal for connection of bipoles of the measurement object forms the second output of the bridge circuit output. The common output of the capacitor of the second branch and the first capacitor of the first branch forms an input of the bridge circuit relative to earth and is connected to the first generator output. The output of the synchronisation unit forms the second output of the pulse generator relative to earth. The device also includes an additional earthed balancing element, and namely a resistor that is connected between the first output of the bridge circuit output and earth.
EFFECT: higher measurement accuracy.
