FIELD: hardware components of electronic voting. SUBSTANCE: "for" and "against" control units are effected simultaneously and continuously with speaking of orator. Averaged evaluation of approval or protest degree to orator is determined. Percentage ratio of "for" and "against" majority is determined. This ratio is formed as signals of sonic indication. Then sonic signal is formed, which has parameters being proportional to degree of approval or protest. This sonic signal is superimposed on orator sonic signal. The sonic signals being received are detected and led to auditorium through loud speakers. Relation of voting persons to orator is determined from these signals. EFFECT: improved efficiency of presiding over a congress. 1 dwg
