FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of heat barrier containing a layer of ceramic coating covering a part of the substrate surface includes cathodic electrodeposition of the coating layer to the substrate, at that the substrate is made of material with electron conductivity and forms a cathode. The electrolyte (24) comprises a salt selected from the group including salts of lanthanide, yttrium, zirconium and hafnium so that in result of electrodeposition the layer contains oxide selected from the group containing salts of lanthanide, yttrium, zirconium and hafnium. The method includes the state of thermal treatment for the ceramic coating layer at temperature from 400°C up to 2000°C during 10 minutes.
EFFECT: simplified development of a homogeneous layer for the thermal barrier at odd-shaped parts.
