FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: body of a disposable connector for a scalp electrode is made by moulding in the form of two half-bodies of a substantially rigid material; the half-bodies are inseparably coupled to each other along a common straight edge. This makes the body be shaped as a bivalve shell. The body is also provided with a socket to receive a plug connector of the scalp electrode. The plug connector is provided with two or more electrical pins to transfer electrical signals from the scalp electrode.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables simplifying the use of the connector by the user.
