FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: support grid-filter for a fuel assembly is made in the form of perforated plate 1 having in a plan view the shape of a hexagon with round holes 2 and 3 intended for installation of guide channels or supporting pipes and a central pipe, with slots 4 for passage of heat carrier and with supporting platforms 8 for contact to tips of fuel elements. Slots 4 for passage of heat carrier are located in each triangular sector of plate 1 in rows parallel to the hexagon side corresponding to this sector and formed with an intersection of cross pieces 5 perpendicular to the corresponding sides of the hexagon, cross pieces 6 parallel to these sides, and in places of location of round holes 2 and 3 - cross pieces 7 restricting round holes 2 and 3 as well. Each supporting platform 8 is located in a place of a common short wall of two corresponding adjacent slots 4 and has a width equal to total width of slot 4 and two cross pieces 5.
EFFECT: reduction of fluid resistance of a grid by increasing a flow cross-section due to optimisation of the shape of slots for passage of heat carrier and supporting platforms.
