SUBSTANCE: device to produce gaskets, including a base, a punch able of reciprocating motion, additionally comprises guides with transverse and longitudinal carriages travelling along them, a laser pointer, a brake unit and a solenoid with its core being a punch with quick-detachable cap pieces in the form of punching pins of various diameters, a forming die, a disc cutting blade.
EFFECT: device allows for the increase of productivity at manufacturing of flat flange gaskets of complicated shape with holes and for improved accuracy of their manufacturing.
