FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: offered invention relates to civil engineering and can be used for pre-heating and cooling of inlet air in HVAC systems. The system for regulation of inlet air parameters comprises a heat exchanger which is located below the ground freezing level and formed by heat exchange pipes, mounted aslope towards air flow and joined from one side with a distribution air duct, that is a rectangular box with a pyramidal cover, the hole of which at the grade level is connected to the intake cap, the side walls of which are perforated, and from the other side the of the edges heat exchange pipes are connected with the intake air duct, that is a rectangular box with a pyramidal cover and a bottom, the hole of which at the grade level is connected through the upper edge of T-joint with a moisture removing cap, along the vertical axis of intake air duct below the condensate level in the pyramidal bottom the vertical pipe is mounted which is filled with a wick, joined with a wick of the moisture removing cap, is installed, and the side branch pipe of the T-joint is connected through an inlet air duct with the valve, air heater, ventilator, conditioner and trunk air duct located in the ventilation chamber of the building.

EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of inlet air parameters regulation system.
