SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, to technologies of decontamination of combined fodder for animals and poultry, and products of animal and poultry husbandry. The device comprises the series connection of the set point of the largest shelf life of decontaminated feed and products 1, a set point of maximum radiation dose 2 and a set point of maximum irradiance 3, the sensor of speed of motion of the working body of the main conveyor 4, the sensor of mass of decontaminated feed and products 5, the irradiance sensor 6, the serial connection of the irradiance regulator 7, the control unit of power supply voltage of the accelerating system of the accelerator of electrons and the accelerator of electrons with an output mouthpiece 9. The output of the irradiance sensor 6 is connected to the inverting input of the irradiance regulator 7. The device also comprises set point of values of artificial irradiance signal 10 in the technological range of irradiance change from zero to its maximum value at any specified value of speed of motion of the working body of the main conveyor 4, the unit of set points of constants and coefficients 11 of mathematical models control of irradiation regime of decontaminated feed and products, the calculation unit of target function of the total costs 12, the unit of determining the lowest value of the target function of the total costs 13. The outputs of the set point of the maximum irradiance 3, the speed sensor of motion of the working body of the main conveyor 4, the sensor of mass of decontaminated feed and products 5, the set point of values of artificial irradiance signal 10 and the unit of set points of constants and coefficients 11 are connected to respective inputs of the calculation unit of target function of the total costs 12. The output of the calculation unit of target function of the total costs 12 through the unit of determining the lowest value of the target function of the total costs 13 is connected to the non-inverting input of the regulator irradiance 7.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of decontamination of feed and products of animal and poultry husbandry is achieved.
