FIELD: animal breeding.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is intended for decontamination of fodders in animal breeding, poultry farming and fodder production. For optimal ozonation of moving loose fodders the power of loose fodders ozonation is adjusted on a flow rate meter. Set, measured and controlled is the speed of the fodders flow rate meter working member and of the conveyor belt. Measured are the temperature of fodders supplied for drying and their consumption. Set are signals of time, the minimum and the maximum total power of ozonation. Controlled is transition between the modes of decontamination. Device comprises an inlet feeding bin, a zone of preliminary ozonation, a pair of preliminary ozonating high-voltage uncontrolled electrodes, high-voltage uncontrolled and controlled power supply units, a pair of controlling additional high-voltage ozonating electrodes in a stream of decontaminated material, a material consumption meter-indicator, a flow by time and mass meter, sensors of bacterial population of fed and passed through the ozone decontamination fodders, material and ambient air temperature sensors, a computing unit and a unit of setters.
EFFECT: provided is higher accuracy in selecting a mode of ozonation.
