FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, to the technologies of disinfection with nanosecond electric impulses of loose fodders, combined fodders and feed mixtures for animals and poultry in livestock and poultry farming and can be used in the sectors of industrial livestock and poultry, in the processing of feed, as well as in the field of fodder production in agriculture. Method of disinfection with nanosecond electrical impulses of loose fodder for animal husbandry and poultry farming is that they produce microwave radiation by means of a magnetron or klystron, orientation of the output guided waveguide socket of the microwave generator to the irradiation zone in the form of an intermediate capacitance with electrically conducting walls reflecting the electromagnetic field of radiation, loading of the intermediate tank for disinfection with loose fodders by means of a conveyor, loading of the conveyor with loose fodders through the flow meter of the flow of loose fodders, setting and regulating the speed of movement of the working body of the conveyor. To generate electrical pulses, a power-adjustable nanosecond electric-pulse generator is used, connected by its output to the additional control input of a magnetron or klystron, and thus control the nanosecond pulse mode of operation of the microwave radiation, set the radiation doses, regulate the irradiation regime in accordance with a predetermined dose of irradiation, measure the temperature, the relative humidity and the mass time flow of the feeds supplied, measure the irradiation power, set the decontamination time signals, the smallest and largest technological values of the irradiation power, the time scale of the irradiation power, the specific regional prices for livestock and poultry products, for loose fodder and for electricity, irradiation dose signal is generated, the formed radiation dose signal is periodically varied in the range between the technologically permissible smallest and largest predetermined values of the radiation dose signal. Method includes calculating the cost of expenses for substandard fodders and losses from them for feeding animals and birds and includes them in calculating the irradiation power taking into account energy consumption and the cost of energy in a different period of time. Taking into account losses, irradiation doses are formed for efficient and economical processing of fodders. Method is carried out by means of a device having a necessary electric pulse generator and a set of setpoints for calculating and changing the parameters of the processing of loose fodders.
EFFECT: method for decontaminating nanosecond electric impulses of loose fodders for livestock and poultry farming.
