FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a cylindrical housing, two lock rings located in the upper and lower part of the housing, having grooves for supplying the cable to the winding part of the housing, projecting by an amount not less than the diameter of the wound cable, and a locking element arranged between these rings with the possibility to rotate relative to the longitudinal axis of the housing. Moreover, each of the lock rings additionally has an arc-shaped guide with a clamp directed to the retaining element. The clamp of the guide covers the groove formed after installation of the guide on the lock ring and serves to secure the cable in the groove. The locking element is configured as a ring formed by at least two ring parts connected by couplings at least one of which is releasable and conformable guide with cable clamp for securing the cable loop on the locking element. The locking element is installed in the housing groove. Guide arcs are directed towards arc-shaped guides of the lock rings.

EFFECT: maximally dense and reliable cable fastening.
