FIELD: winding equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a winding device (10) for a flexible line (1), such as a cable or hose, with a stationary mounted frame (11) and a rotatable winding drum (12) with an internal space (12B). The line may be wound or retracted from the outside (12A) of the winding drum (12). An internal rotary guide (18) in the internal space (12B) continuously guides a line (1) from a point (F) fixed relative to the frame to a turning point (R) on the winding drum (12) and determines the passage of a line with two oppositely directed windings (18A, 18B) around the rotation axis (A) and the direction changing rotary means (18C) in which the line changes direction. The winding drum (12) at the first end, from the side of the turning point (R), has a first recess (15A), open in the axial direction and from the end, and a holding part (19B), connected to the frame without the possibility of rotation relative to it, on the other end has a second recess (15B) open outward in a plane perpendicular to the axis (A) of rotation. Thanks to the recesses (15A, 15B) in combination with the rotary guide (18), the reeling line (1) can be continuously laid or reinstalled from the outside (12A) through the first recess (15A) continuously or without a rotating joint into the inner rotating guide (18) and from its fixed point (F) through the second recess (15B) and vice versa.

EFFECT: reduced labor intensity of winding and unwinding the flexible line by user without special qualifications.
