SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pressure cooker lid. The pressure pan lid (1) contains a detachable lid handle, in particular - a rod lid handle (2) as well as a technical module (3), that contains movable functional elements (10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17) required to endure the pressure pan functioning as well as a closure module (4) closing the technical module (3) with the technical module including at least one of the movable functional elements from among the following group: pressure indication device(10), lid fixture (17), movable sealing elements (11) of the operational valve (12) for setting different values of pressure in the pressure pan, compression spring (13), in particular - a torsion spring loading the movable sealing element (11) with adjusted pressure force and a regulating device (14) for adjustment of the force of the spring (13) pressure onto the sealing element (11).

EFFECT: creation of a pressure pan lid that has a lid handle the design whereof (in particular, that intended for different series) may be altered in a simple and cost-efficient way so that production costs may be saved with corresponding styling variety ensured.
