FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: sine calibration signals Uc are supplied to one of the points of a closed loop of an accelerometer. Output offset signal Uoffset and output signal Uoutput of a feedback device is measured for the whole required range of frequencies and amplitudes of signals Uc, and as per the ratio of their amplitudes to the amplitude of signal Uc, dynamic characteristics of the accelerometer are determined. As per the first version, signal Uc is supplied to a force sensor either through a reference load or through an additional input of a power amplifier of a digital feedback device, thus attaching a free output of the reference load to a common bus, and signals Uoffset and Uoutput are measured on the side of the outputs of the following elements of the digital feedback device: an amplifier-convertor and an integro-differentiating amplifier. As per the second version, signal Uc is supplied to the force sensor through the reference load, and signal Uoutput is measured on the side of the output of the integro-differentiating amplifier of the feedback device and supplied to an active filter, from the output of which output signal U o u t p u t * is measured. Signal Uoffset is measured on the side of the output of the amplifier-converter of the feedback device.
