SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hairstyling device such as one to be used for hair coiling or straightening. The invention objective consists in creation of a heat protective element ensuring the user's protection against heated parts so that to exclude the risk of burning. The hairstyling device has the first hairstyling part and the second hairstyling part designed so that to be capable of movement relative each other so that hair may be placed between them; at least one hairstyling part has a hair guiding part and a capturing part that is structurally different from the hair guiding part; the hair guiding part has multiple embossments and indentations; the capturing part has multiple embossments and indentations; the both parts (hair guiding part and capturing part) have a common base surface.

EFFECT: creation of a heat protective element ensuring the user's protection against heated parts so that to exclude the risk of burning.
