FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: this device comprises stiff outer and inner sleeves interconnected by bridges of resilient material. Bridge top abuts on inner sleeve while bridge bottom abuts on outer sleeve. Inner sleeve is integrated with bridges. Every base of the bridge is integrated with extra fixture. Said extra fixture is composed of the sleeve segment arranged inside the base, nearby its outer surface. Said bridge is connected with outer sleeve by friction forces. In compliance with second version, a part of inner sleeve outer surface shaped to truncated ball while end surface of extra fixture are bent to isolation pad vertical axis.

EFFECT: longer life, higher isolation capacity.
