FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for the regeneration of a hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide absorbent. The device contains an air-impermeable container as a unit for the absorbent storage, which stores a part of the absorbent, absorbing CO2, contained in effluent gases, and a heating unit, which heats the absorbent, a unit of the absorbent distribution, a unit of water vapour supply, a unit of the absorbent component extraction, a unit of dry water vapour supply, with the gaseous mass being brought in counter-flow contact with the distributed absorbent. It results in the following: the absorbent component volatilises and separates from the degraded material, and the absorbent component can be extracted from the degraded material. The method of the hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide absorbent regeneration is also claimed.
EFFECT: invention provides the reduction of the absorbent loss.
