SUBSTANCE: running gear comprises wheel, rocker bar, road rollers fitted on rocker bar free ends and controlled retainer of rocker bar position relative to the wheel. Said rocker bar is composed of two shafts spinning timed with the wheel and equally spaced apart in the wheel lengthwise plane. Said road rollers are composed by cylindrical gummed spring and/or that coated with resilient material to connected rocker bar shafts in the wheel crosswise plane. Rocker bar shafts can be parallel or perpendicular to the wheel lengthwise plane.

EFFECT: decreased resistance of propulsor.
