SUBSTANCE: feeding of particles is carried to the guide elements, and reciprocating movement of the guide elements along and against the direction of orientation. The guide elements are moved in the direction of orientation at a rate of 3-10 times the speed of displacement against the direction of orientation. The device for orienting wood particles comprises guide elements, which are placed on the holders connected to the drives. The holders are made with the ability of reciprocating movement of adjacent guide elements in the forward and reverse directions. The drives are made in the form of electromagnets and springs with the ability of movement of the guide elements in the forward and reverse directions at different speeds.
EFFECT: improved quality of orientation of wood particles.
