FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: device is made in the form of quadrangular chamber, inside which there is a rocker, at the ends of which the rollers are fixed for vertical movement of the rocker inside the chamber on its tracks, and two grips connected pivotally with the rocker. The ends of the grips are made in the form of a semicircle for firm adherence to the cylindrical surface of the cork. Along the axis of the chamber a rod is inserted into the central hole of the rocker, the upper end of which protrudes outside the chamber, and the lower is pivotally connected to both grips, providing a tight grip of the cork along the circumference when lifting the rod. The rocker is rigidly connected with the rack gear and when rotation of the gear-wheel the rocker with the grips and the cork is lifted up the chamber. Inside the chamber there are two coaxial tubes, the inner tube is connected to the valve on a stationary container with the sterile product, the protrusion is welded to its surface inside the chamber. The outer tube can be moved along the inside, at that on the surface of the outer tube the former is made by 90°, and the protrusion of the inner tube is located on the former of the outer tube. When lowering the outer tube it is rotated using the former by 90°, and the end of the outer tube is in the neck of the bag, and its diameter is less than the opening diameter of the bag neck. Lifting and lowering of the outer tube is carried out using the rack gear and gear-wheel. On the surface of the inner tube outside the chamber two tubes are provided with valves to supply clean water and water steam with the pressure of 3-5 atm for washing and sterilising the chamber.

EFFECT: invention provides simplification of the design.
