SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to devices and method for forming container structure and their filling. Proposed device comprises container case with hole communicated with inner chamber. Substance and plug are introduced into the chamber, the latter being inserted into hole to be plugged. Proposed device comprises carrier box with aseptic chamber, mould arranged in said aseptic chamber that has first moulding cavity. Moulding cavity is designed to mould plug and container case. Proposed device comprises first sterile surface, one tool of the device that includes the part to get in contact with container case and plug located in said first moulding cavity. Said first moulding cavity and said tool can displace relative each other to grip and extract: sterile plugs and container case in extracting them from said moulding cavity. One source of sterile air communicates with aseptic chamber to direct sterile air flow into aseptic chamber and above mould first sterile surface to provide for sterile conditions of the mould surface, plug and container case during their extraction from the mould. First flexible barrier serves to prevent impurities from passing there through into moulding device. Second flexible element serves to prevent impurities from passing there through from the tool base section. Block intended for needle-filling and restoring tightness under heat effects can accommodate empty tight container. Said filling block comprises needle that can move from first position whereat it punches container case inner chamber into second position whereat it is spaced apart from the plug, and heat source intended for restoring needle piercing zone under heat effects after withdrawing needle therefrom.
