FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves doing physical exercises to develop abdominal and pelvic muscles and to restore a physiological rest position of the uterus. The patient does the exercises at least twice a week for 45-60 minutes and varies the preparatory positions successively: pronated, knee-and-hand standing, knee-and-elbow standing, knee-and-chest standing, feet-and-hand standing and feet-and-elbow standing. These exercises involve body twisting, hip rotation and abduction, rigidity of anterior abdominal muscles.
EFFECT: method has an integrated health-improving effect of the body, activates the small pelvis circulation, develops the abdominal and pelvic muscles, restores the visceral interconnections, coordinates the actions of the diaphragm, abdominals and pelvic floor, reduces the abdominal pressure variation and the negative effect of a visceral gravity on the backward-turned uterus, restores its physiological rest position, reduces complications, improves the trophic processes, eliminates the residual effects of any inflammatory processes, thinning and high elasticity of the existing adhesion, and reinforces the uterine ligaments.
