FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and can be applied in rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive lung disease (COLD) in sanatorium-health resort conditions. Method includes breathing exercises and medical physical training in conditions of sanatorium "Prokopievskiy". Patients daily go for walks in the morning and in the evening for 60-90 min and do exercises with deep rhythmical breathing, in case of phlegm presence - with cough at exhale, during 3 days, then special complexes: static breathing exercises without hand and body movements - 4 days, dynamic breathing exercises, which are accompanied by hand and body movements - 3 days, sound gymnastics, consisting in pronunciation of specified sounds and their combinations - 3 days, respiratory gymnastics, which includes breathing exercises, which train respiratory and expiratory functions of lungs - 3 days, then patients continue exercises in home conditions.

EFFECT: method insures normalisation of breathing mechanics, increase of organism adaptation possibilities, in particular, of cardio-respiratory system, with reduction of respiratory compromise, improvement of respiratory function parametres, work of cardio-vascular, nervous systems.
