FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the scope of application of flange details, which can be used in a photosensitive drum of the image forming device of electrophotographic type, for example photocopiers, printers and fax machines. The offered group of inventions includes a flange detail, processing cartridge, image forming device, and also the image forming method. Meanwhile the flange detail includes the press-fitted part to be pressed into the axial part of the end hole of the hollow and cylindrical coupling detail; the part of the axial hole comprising the axial hole, where the shaft detail is inserted, when the press-fitted part is pressed into the part of the end hole; and connecting part passing towards the direction, parallel to the circular cross-section of the coupling detail, and connecting the part of the axial hole with the press-fitted part. The connecting part comprises the tension-absorbing part, which deforms to absorb the tension, which effects the external peripheral surface of the press-fitted part as a result of contact with the internal peripheral surface of the coupling detail, when the press-fitted part is pressed into the part of the end hole, thus precluding the tension transfer to the part of the axial hole through the connecting part. The photosensitive drum contains hollow and cylindrical coupling detail with a photosensitive layer on the external peripheral surface of the coupling detail, and named flange detail press-fitted into the part of the end hole at the end of the coupling detail towards axial direction of the coupling detail. The processing cartridge includes the photosensitive body, charging unit, latent image forming unit, developing unit, transfer unit, clearing unit, and the photosensitive body includes the named photosensitive drum. The image forming device includes the photosensitive body, charging unit, latent image forming unit, developing unit, transfer unit, clearing unit, and the photosensitive body includes the named photosensitive drum. The image forming method includes the stages, during which: the photosensitive body surface is uniformly charged, the electrostatic latent image is formed on the charged surface of the photosensitive body, a toned image is formed by the toner feeding on the electrostatic latent image formed on the photosensitive body surface, and the toner image formed on the photosensitive body surface is transferred on the body of transfer, within which the photosensitive body comprises the named photosensitive drum.
EFFECT: creation of the flange detail capable safely prevent deformation or offset of the axial hole of the flange detail after a pressing into the coupling detail, and photosensitive drum, processing cartridge and image forming device, each of which comprises a flange detail, and also in providing of the image forming method envisioning the use of the photosensitive drum, thus providing a high precision of centring of the photosensitive drum (which indicates the value of variation of distance between the rotation centre and peripheral surface of the photosensitive drum).
