FIELD: electrophotography.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a cartridge and a drum unit used for an electrophotographic type device for image forming, such as a laser printer. This claimed group of inventions includes a cartridge configured to be mounted in the main assembly of an electrophotographic image forming apparatus, wherein the drum unit is configured to remove the electrophotographic image forming apparatus from the main assembly by moving in a predetermined direction, which is in fact perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the contact interaction part, rotatable in the main assembly; a force receiving member configured to be mounted on the end portion of the cylindrical portion of the photosensitive cylinder, and a flange assembly configured to be mounted on the end portion of the cylindrical portion of the photosensitive cylinder. Said cartridge comprises: a frame, a rotating member for transferring the developer, and a rotating force sensing element for sensing the rotational force to be transmitted to said rotating member, wherein said connecting member includes a free end portion having a sensing portion for sensing the rotational force from the contact interaction portion, and a connecting portion having a transmitting portion for transmitting the rotational force sensed by said sensing portion to said force receiving element, wherein said frame includes: a part with an aperture designed to make available said free end portion to act on the outside of said frame, and a receiving part further downstream relative to said portion with the aperture with respect to the installation direction and adapted to receive said connecting member, when said connecting member is inclined to the side located further downstream with respect to the installation direction, and for receiving said guide for the connecting member in place of said connecting member when contacting said connecting member with the contact interaction part.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the realization of the purpose, as well as in the elimination of the shortcomings of the analogues of the prior generation of equipment.
