FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: locking mechanism comprises a breechblock pivotally connected to the rocker which is connected with its one end is connected to the crank, and the other end is pivotally connected to the receiver. A projection is made on the rocker, which when opening the breechblock affects the hammer, deflecting it in the rear position to prevent exposure to it of the trigger. When the breechblock is closed the rocker projection releases the hammer for exposure on it of the trigger.

EFFECT: elimination of accidental firing when the breechblock is not closed, enhanced reliability and safety of operation of small arm.
