SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering. The invention discloses controlled object design, method and self-optimisation system. The method contains a stage, where self-optimisation is performed via controlled object in accordance with the self-optimisation trigger rule. The self-optimisation trigger rule is created by controlling object according to self-optimisation features supported by controlled object. This technological solution allows for avoiding of self-optimisation procedure where a user sends the corresponding configuration change command, thus significantly reducing the self-optimisation process complexity and duration of non-automatic processing.
EFFECT: provision of self-optimisation feature control support.
