SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of manufacturing syringes, as well as to a set of syringes. In accordance with the method a plastic material is extruded to obtain a heated tubular element, made of at least a partially melted plastic material. Blow moulding of the tubular element is performed to obtain medical containers. Calibration of the entire internal surface of at least one of the medical containers, carried out after the operation of extrusion of the plastic material suitable for obtaining a smooth and continuous internal surface of the medical containers is realised. Operations of extrusion and blow moulding are performed inside the blow mould, which has cavities, each of which has an external contour, making it possible to obtain the specified shape for each of the medical containers. The blow mould consists of two half-moulds, located opposite each other and facing each other.
EFFECT: invention ensures the reduced formation of roughness on the internal surface of the lateral wall of the containers.
