FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises extrusion of sleeve workpiece and deformation of workpiece to hollow part inside blow mould at application o pressure difference. First, first expansion is performed and partial forming of workpiece is performed at blow mould not closed completely. Then, one hole I made at side surface of pre-expanded workpiece to fit at least one insert into partially plastic article. Then, blow mould is closed for complete moulding of plastic articles. Device comprises at least three semi-dies making the cavity of the mould and displacing relative to each other for mould opening/closing. Note here that at least one semi-die, preferably, both, are provided with one framing plate as the mould expander equipped with at least one recess for making of the bore. Besides, this device comprise additionally a separation device or moulding tool for hole making in workpiece from outside via hole composed by mould extenders.
EFFECT: higher tightness of plastic article.
