SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and deals with the treatment of cholelithiasis. A stone-dissolving mixture, consisting of a solution of octanic acid in glycerol in a ratio of 1:1 is introduced through cholecystoma, the introduction is performed by stream introduction in a volume of 0.2 ml/kg, one time per day for 3-5 days.
EFFECT: invention provides fast dissolution of concrements, irrespective of their composition, with low general and local impact pathogenicity.
