FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment for treatment of cholelitheasis. Waveguide for contact ultrasonic lithitripsy in lumen of common bile duct is made in form of metal rod of variable section. Proximal part of waveguide is made curved with respect to longitudinal axis at angle of 40°, and is 335 mm long with 6 mm diameter. Intermediate part is cone-shaped with base, facing proximal part, working distal part of waveguide is made with possibility of access to all parts of choledoch, is 60 mm long and has 4 mm diameter, with its distal part being provided with 1 mm deep concave spherical surface.
EFFECT: application of invention increases efficiency of waveguide operation and reduction of damaging impact on surrounding tissues.
