FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining hydrogen from water includes decomposition of water into hydrogen and oxygen under influence of high-frequency electromagnetic field. Decomposition of water into oxygen and hydrogen is carried out with cumulative action of one pair of irradiators, density vectors of which are directed by one coordinate or several pairs of irradiators, where density vectors of each pair of which are directed by different coordinates, and each pair of irradiators forms the sum of two simultaneously irradiated and oppositely directed electric or magnetic high-frequency fields of similar frequencies, which results in obtaining volume single-coordinate (or multi-coordinate) volume pulsing energy field, sizes of which by each of coordinate are determined by expression C/n, where C is light speed, n is frequency of coordinate radiating impulses of each pair. Invention also relates to device.
EFFECT: reduction of consumed power.
