SUBSTANCE: method for production of hydrogen from water includes treatment of water simultaneously by electric and magnetic fields for decomposition of water molecules into oxygen and hydrogen by means of a pair of oscillating circuits comprising a water capacitor with insulated plates, where high-voltage rectified voltage is supplied with impulse shape, inductance coils and cavities for treated water arranged between capacitor plates and inductance coils, at the same time effect at water by fields is carried out in the resonant mode in respect to hydrodynamic oscillations of water when directing the vector of intensity of magnetic field perpendicularly to the vector of intensity of electric field. The device comprises a pair of oscillating circuits, every of which comprises a water capacitor with insulated plates, where high-voltage rectified voltage is supplied with impulse shape, inductance coils and cavities for treated water arranged between capacitor plates and inductance coils, at the same time the capacitance of the capacitor in the first oscillating circuit is connected to the inductance coil of the second oscillating circuit, capacitance of the second oscillating circuit is connected with the inductance coil of the first oscillating circuit as capable of their simultaneous charging and discharging, and input voltages are shifted by phase by 90 degrees.
EFFECT: provision of the produced product and cheaper production of hydrogen.
