FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: device includes base chassis, paint-feeding device with reservoir for paint, device for feeding thermoplastic polymeric materials (thermoplastics) with thermal boiler, gas reservoir with valve, screw heated charger with electromagnetic choker, trumpet and marker. On the base chassis, rotary platform with power cylinders is fixed which platform is made as plate, with lateral and longitudinal movement carriages installed on it. The carriages consist of bases moving on rollers actuated by electric motors with reducing gears via gear mechanisms of gear wheels travelling over toothed racks of the platform. On the longitudinal movement carriage, from beneath on pillar, feeding nozzle for paint and feeding trumpet for thermoplastic are rigidly fixed. During line application on road surface painting is executed with minimum width of spray cone, thus paint losses are reduced.

EFFECT: vertical and horizontal operational positions of platform permit to apply flat pictures both on horizontal and vertical surfaces.
