SUBSTANCE: body 1 of rail vehicle rests on bogies through air bottles 5 connected to standby reservoir of brake system by pipelines 11. At complete emptying air reservoir, air bottles deform, and linings 2 with cut 3 secured on bottom of body come into engagement with bogie wheelset wheel flanges.
EFFECT: prevention of spontaneous movement of locomotives and rail cars.
