FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for production of cold rolled 0.4-1.8 mm thick steel sheets from low-carbon "08ЮТР"-grade steel by deep drawing. This process comprises multipass cold rolling of hot-rolled etched strips, annealing and dressing. Total relative reduction at cold rolling is set in one of the following ranges: 33-54%, 61-65% or 72-74%. Note here that reduction in first pass equals 27-31%.
EFFECT: higher yield at deep drawing.
