FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for increasing yield of useful products in manufacturing of cold rolled sheet products for enamelling. Method includes hot rolling, winding strips into roll, cold rolling and temper rolling. Reduced formation of "fish scale" defect, production of required mechanical properties for deep stamping and improved flatness are provided due to the fact that in production of strips from steel with content of carbon of not more than 0.04 wt %, aluminium of not more than 0.05 wt %, 0.001÷0.003 wt % of boron and 0.05÷0.08 wt % of nickel, temperature of hot rolling end is maintained in the range of 860÷900°C, hot strips are wound in the range of temperatures of 700÷730°C, then hot rolled strips are etched in acidous solutions and exposed to cold rolling, afterwards strips are degreased in alkaline solutions, then cold rolled degreased strips are exposed to recrystallisation annealing, which is carried out at the temperature of 600°C with a time delay of 4 hours, and annealed strips are tempered in chrome-plated rollers with surface roughness Ra=1.0÷2.0 micrometre and relative pressing of 1.0-1.5%.
